Our standard rental period is 24 hours. However, we offer flexible rental periods to accommodate your event needs. Extended rental periods are available at a discounted rate.
Yes, we provide delivery and setup services within our service area. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size. Setup and teardown services are available for an additional fee.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days are subject to our detailed cancellation policy.
