    How far in advance should I book your services?

    We recommend booking our services at least 3-6 months in advance for weddings and large events, and 1-3 months for smaller gatherings. However, we understand that sometimes events come up unexpectedly, so we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when our schedule allows.

    Is there a fee for the initial consultation?

    No, your initial 30-minute consultation is completely free. This gives us an opportunity to understand your vision and discuss how we can help make your event special without any obligation.

    What information should I prepare for the consultation?

    To make the most of your consultation, it's helpful to have the following information ready: event date, venue (if already selected), estimated guest count, theme or color scheme ideas, budget range, and any inspiration photos or ideas you'd like to share. Don't worry if you don't have all these details yet – we're here to help you figure it out!

    What is your deposit and payment policy?

    We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and begin the planning process. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments. For events booked less than 14 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

    Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?

    Yes, we understand that plans evolve. Minor changes can usually be accommodated up to 14 days before your event. Significant changes may affect pricing and availability. We recommend finalizing all major details at least 30 days before your event to ensure we can deliver the best possible experience.
