How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking our services at least 6-8 months in advance for weddings and 3-4 months for other events. However, we sometimes have availability for last-minute bookings, so don't hesitate to reach out regardless of your timeline.
Do you provide rental items only, or full design services?
We offer both! You can rent individual decor items from our extensive collection, or you can opt for our full-service design package where we handle everything from concept to execution.
What is your service area?
We primarily serve the greater metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs within a 50-mile radius. For events beyond this area, additional travel fees may apply. We've also coordinated destination events for clients - contact us for more information.
Can I see samples of your work before booking?
Absolutely! In addition to our online gallery, we offer in-person consultations where you can see fabric swatches, floral samples, and other decor elements. We can also arrange a visit to our showroom to view our rental inventory.
